The Hobbit movies
You guys know how I feel about Peter Jackson, he is overrated and I think slowly people will begin to see him as such. The only original ideas he had were old school splatter horror films now everything is an adaptation of some other property. Anyway he has chose to shoot The Hobbit movies, there are two, in 48p...just wow man.

How does he honestly expect mass-majority theaters to cater to that? I mean at least in the transformers 3 vid posted they stated they made a standard theater version that would support their sound already created with 7.0 surround.
